Ah Wing’s Wanton Mee

Arguably the most popular stall at Empress Road Food Centre, the owner of this wanton mee stall hails from Hong Kong. You’ll find dishes such as Char Siew Wanton Noodles, Shredded Chicken and Prawns Noodles, Mushroom Chicken Feet Noodles and more. The Hong Kong-style char siew is well-marinated, tender and nicely caramelised, while the noodles are delightfully springy and cooked just right. It comes with a side of soup with wantons that are plump, juicy and bursting with flavour!
