The good thing about buffets is the wide variety of food on offer, but the downside is that not everyone has that kind of appetite! One-Ninety Restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel has found a way to balance the trade-off with their semi-buffet lunch (from $54++), where appetisers and desserts are served in the usual all-you-can-eat format, while main courses are restricted to one per diner and cooked-to-order. The self-confessed dessert lovers will have plenty of tummy space left for desserts like caneles, bread-and-butter pudding, almond cherry tart, coconut and pandan cake and more!
