Samy’s Curry

Serving South Indian dishes, Samy’s Curry is best known for their Fish Head Curry. In fact, they are said to be one of the pioneers in Singapore to sell the dish in Singapore! Served in a piping hot claypot, the fish head is cooked with more than a dozen spices, herbs and vegetables, which includes a special blend of chilli powder. Addictively smoky, fragrant and piquant, the Red Snapper meat is also incredibly tender and comes off the bone with just the slightest pressure.
