Consistently ranked in the World's Top 50 Best Restaurants, almost everything on the menu at Burnt Ends touches the two oven, four-tonne brick kiln designed by Chef-Owner Dave Pynt. It is notoriously hard to get a seat at this Michelin Star establishment with reservations opening 30 days in advance. You’ll be wise to start planning in advance! The menu changes everyday, but you can expect modern Australian barbecue and boutique wines and spirits in a fun, relaxed atmosphere.
