Pâtisserie Glacé

Helmed by Chef Tomoko, Pâtisserie Glacé was started in 2008 with the aim of bringing the best of Japan's cakes, pies, cookies and tarts to Singapore. Japanese pastry and cake connoisseurs are pampered with frequent new creations such as the Hazel Dazzle, which features soft chocolate sponge with delectable hazelnut cream and diced almonds, topped with macaroons and strawberries. The patisserie is also the only shop in Singapore that bakes Baumkuchen, a light butter cake that is known affectionately as 'tree rings'!
