Having graduated from Fei Siong Social Enterprise’s Entrepreneurship Programme, Ivan is one of the pioneer hawkers at Ci Yuan Hawker Centre. Noting that there are many Teochew residents in the neighbourhood, he fine-tuned his recipes to cater to their preference for stronger flavours.
