Previously working at Crystal Jade, the chef-owner of this stall hails from Hong Kong and now serves sumptuous yet affordable Chinese Cantonese tze char fare in the heartlands. He has about 50 dishes he considers his signatures, including Pork Rib with Coffee & Sliced Almond, Salted Egg Shrimp Ball, Homestyle Beancurd with Mushroom, and Hong Kong Yew Mee.
