Formerly a restaurant chef, Vijay opened his stall at Ci Yuan Hawker Centre 3 years ago, selling Indian food and beverages. Vijay keeps his food affordable so everyone can enjoy it – his Plain Prata costs just $1 each! Other popular dishes here include Masala Thosai, Briyani and Mee Goreng.
