Keeping things traditional, PAUL uses French flour, butter, and chocolate in their log cakes to ensure that they are as authentic as they can be. You can choose between two different sizes and three flavours: Nuts Over You ($42, $69) a sponge cake generously coated with milk chocolate and chopped hazelnuts. Within it are silky layers of French chocolate ganache, while the exterior is a crunchy texture. The Christmas Forest Log Cake ($39, $65) is specially made in France. Enjoy vanilla and pecans embedded within the light sponge cake and it is intricately decorated with edible Christmas décor made with dark and milk French chocolate. Last but not least, the crowd-favourite Yuzu Meringue Log ($39, $65) is back – complete with zesty lemon curd and yuzu marmalade. The creamy lemon butter cream in between layers of Joconde sponge balances out with crunchy meringue.
