For boozy options, check out the Hojicha Rum Chestnut Pear Log Cake ($72) which uses fresh pears poached in Hojicha and notes of vanilla, chestnut and rum. Last but not least, the Ruby Berry Hibiscus Yule Log Cake ($72) is a bright pink Christmas-sy cake featuring an almond genoise, strawberry chocolate mousse and aromatic hibiscus flower mousse.
