Firangi Superstar
An exotic twist on the typical chicken and waffles, contemporary Indian restaurant Firangi Superstar does a Prata Waffle that’s served with Madras-style chicken deep fried to perfection. Marinated in a blend of ingredients that includes ginger, garlic, yoghurt, turmeric, garam masala and curry leaves, it is also served with aromatic butter chicken sauce and jaggery syrup to complete the dish.
