Lao Fu Zi Fried Kway Teow

Another Bib Gourmand stall, choose between a white or black version of char kway teow here! With over 30 years of history, it has a solid Singaporean following. Named after the famous comic character, the char kway teow here leans on the drier side and it might not be the plate for the folks who are into the wetter, darker fried kway teow. However, it means that the dish is not very oil, and it carries a well-balanced flavour.
