Recreate your favourite mentaiko dishes or dips at home! Or go all out with a homemade mentaiko bowl with BigBigFries’ mentaiko sauce and a blowtorch for that added smokiness. Each bottle of BigBigFries’ mentaiko sauce retails at S$12 each, or S$33 for 3 bottles. You can either order it on their online store, or head down to their stall at Chomp Chomp where you can also feast on handmade long fries, mentaiko salmon bowl or the mentaiko bomb – popcorn chicken fully blanketed in a layer of torched mentaiko mayo.
