Joo Bakes

Joo Bakes is a homebased bakery that offers simple yet taste-worthy butter cakes and chunky cookies. Buttery, fragrant, but yet light, the butter cake recipe here is one adapted from Joo Bakes’ late dad, and it is a fitting tribute. Do note that a minimum of three days is required for all cake orders! But we’ll say, this is one of the best butter cake in Singapore and well worth the short wait.
