Hong Xing Handmade Fishball & Meatball Noodle is one of the most popular stalls at Bukit Merah View Market & Food Centre. The highlight is definitely their handmade fishballs and meatballs. The fishball has a springy yet very soft and smooth texture and pairs perfectly with the simple mee pok that’s tossed in moreish sauce with chilli and lard pieces.
