There are several carrot cake stalls at the hawker centre, but Bukit Merah View Carrot Cake has the longest heritage. The stall has a history that dates back to the 1950s and the owner is the third-generation in a line of carrot cake sellers. You’ll be able to get your fix of both black and white carrot cakes here. The radish has a soft bite, complemented by crisp edges and a robust wok hei.
