Lai Hin Fish Ball Kway Teow Mee
Lai Hin draws in a queue consistently for its fishball noodles. You have eight different types of noodles to choose from including less commonly found options such as mee tai mak, tang hoon and mee suah. The dry version is tossed in a lardy, vinegary and savoury sauce, and the bowl comes with ingredients including fish balls, fish cake slices, fish dumplings, pork slices and minced meat.
