Xin Sheng Ngor Hiang Prawn Cracker is a stalwart here and has been around since Boon Lay Place Food Village opened in the 1970s. Their ngor hiang and prawn fritters are the crowd favourites here, but they also have other ingredients to choose from such as fish balls, fish cakes and taukwa. You can pair it with some beehoon to make it a full meal too!
