Ghee Huat Fried Kway Teow
Despite its stall name, the fried oyster is the main star here with its juicy and briny oysters, plus an ample amount of egg that imparts both crispy and fluffy textures to the dish. Apart from the fried oyster, their fried kway teow is also worth a try with its extraordinarily rich flavours, fresh cockles and which is neither too wet or dry.
