They’ve been doing this since 1988, and we know they have fans from all over Singapore who’d travel to Toa Payoh just for their Cantonese roast. The main star of the show here is their roast duck (duh!). Its crispy skin and tender meat is full of flavour, and the duck slices are served atop a bed of rice with some gravy.
