Millions of people are still making Dalgona coffee at home. But what if you're not a coffee person? Today we have something for you using our favourite malty, chocolatey drink: Milo Dalgona!
Ingredients:
- ½ cup cream
- 2 tbsp Milo powder
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp hot water
- 1 cup fresh milk
Directions:
- Combine Milo powder, sugar and hot water in a mixing bowl and mix well
- In a separate bowl using a hand whisk or electric mixer, beat cream until it takes on a fluffy consistency and holds soft peaks
- Pour Milo mixture into cream and combine.
- Fill your glass with fresh milk and ice if desired, then dollop and swirl the whipped Milo mixture on top
- Top it off with some extra Milo powder and enjoy!
