Morganfield’s

Morganfield’s is pulling all the showstoppers this year with their Herb-Roasted Whole Turkey, Orange Marmalade-Glazed Whole Gammon Ham, whole rack of Barbecue Beef Rib and the crunch-tastic Crackling Pork Roast. Of course, they’re best known for their ribs, so it would be rude to pass up on their special-edition flavours – hazelnut and cranberry – this festive season.

The Christmas menu is available for pick-up or delivery until 3 January 2021. Orders have to be made at least three days in advance.

Hotel Fort Canning

Plan on having a turkey centrepiece? Hotel Fort Canning has you covered with their locally-inspired spin! The Peranakan Mee siam Roast Turkey is a Nyonya-inspired rendition that comes with a yummy serving of Nyonya fried mee siam and gravy. Other bestsellers include Black Truffle Turkey Wellington, Satay Roast Turkey, and a classic version served with roasted potatoes, seasonal vegetables and cranberry sauce.

Goodwood Park Hotel

Traditional festive turkeys get reinterpreted at Goodwood Park Hotel. Mini Turkey Shepherd’s Pie is filled with turkey slow-cooked in tomato sauce, then baked with a topping of potato and sweet potato puree, followed by cheese crumbles that’s sure to delight everyone. A fan of Asian fried chicken? Then try out the Har Cheong Turkey which has been marinated in prawn paste for two days, then fried till crispy, and served with Jasmine rice steamed with vegetables, minced ginger, dried shrimp, and Thai-style chilli and scallion sour cream sauces.

Available for delivery or self-pick-up from 1 to 26 December 2020. Five days advance order is required.

Winestone

Turkeys, ham, and beef might dominate the usual Christmas dinners, but for those looking to switch things up, try the classic coulibiac of salmon – a popular creation from Winestone featuring a whole slab of fish that comes wrapped with sautéed spinach and buttery puff pastry, along with sides of roasted vegetables, Brussels sprouts, and tarragon beurre blanc.

Grain

Grain is offering seasonal catering sets for this festive season. Hosting up to five guests? They have a Christmas Party Set that comes with eight courses which includes Wild Mushroom Fusilli Pasta, Maple-curry Glazed Butternut Squash, Triple Citrus Salmon Parcel, Duck Confit Meatballs, Smoked Mesquite Whole Chicken and more!
