Open from 12am to 3am from Tuesday to Sunday, Soon Li Yong Tau Foo is a favourite amongst Bukit Merah residents looking for a late-night supper. This stall offers a wide selection of ingredients including rare items like pork belly and liver, taiwanese sausage, and various veggies in peppery ikan bilis soup served in a big metal bowl. Noodles are topped with sweet sauce, crunchy wonton skin and fried lard.
