Fong Yong Tau Foo offers a large selection of yong tau foo ingredients, gravy and noodles. Besides the regular soup and dried versions, it also serves laksa gravy, tom yum soup base and spaghetti sauce for dipping your noodles in. Noodle varieties include bee hoon, yellow noodles, kway teow, laksa white noodles, mee kia, mee sua, chee cheong fun and maggi mee. Some of the ingredients include pork belly wrapped enoki, pig skin, and various meatballs. Fried items are served separately from the boiled ones.
