Vatos Urban Tacos

Mexican-Korean tacos, anyone? The menu at the Vatos Urban Tacos sees a fusion of both Korean and Mexican flavours in its dishes. One popular example is the Galbi Short Rib Tacos which are served on 100 per cent corn tortillas and topped with tender marinated short rib, ssamjang aioli, Asian slaw, and cilantro. Or, try the Korean Pork Belly Taco which is a combination of fatty strips of gochujang-marinated pork belly, ssamjang aioli and pickled red onions.
