Papi’s Tacos

The unpretentious Papi’s Tacos is helmed by Mexican chef-owner Jose Mauricio Espinoza, known by the regulars as ‘Papi’. Now with three outlets, the eatery reflects Central Mexico's informal street dining culture. Hailing from the small town of Papalotla, Papi brings his heritage to an array of simple, yet mouthwatering tacos and native dishes. Eat your way through the Tacos de Suadero with slow-cooked beef brisket, Tacos de Pollo with slow-cooked pulled chicken, or Tacos de Camaron with grilled shrimp in a lightly spiced sauce.
