Toa Payoh Rojak
Funnily enough, Toa Payoh Rojak isn’t located in Toa Payoh, but it’s instead at the Old Kallang Airport Hawker Centre. Now in the hands of their second generation owner, the stall has been in business for at least half a century. One interesting thing that they add into their rojak is spinach. If you feel sceptical about it, it actually does work pretty well together with the other ingredients!
