Singapore Famous Rojak

Singapore Famous Rojak is, well, famous indeed, it’s even featured in the Michelin Guide! Located in Albert Centre Market & Food Centre, this stall draws in crowds for their messy plates of chopped greens, fruit, and youtiao, tossed in their homemade sauce. The youtiao here are more chewy than crispy, which some might not like, but the complex sweet-spicy flavours make this one of the best rojak in Singapore to try out.
