Lim Bo Rojak

Lim Bo Rojak is an offshoot from the famous Uncle Lim's Rojak from Damansara Jaya, KL. The Malaysian-style rojak is unlike anything you’ll find here. First, fish skin, you tiao, and prawn fritters are fried up — much like what you’d see at a ngoh hiang stall. The fried ingredients are then mixed with seasonal chilled fruits, a prawn paste sauce, crushed peanuts and chilli sauce.
