HarriAnn’s is well-known for their Nyonya kueh, but they also have pandan cakes on their menu, like the Pandan Chiffon Cake that’s cottony soft and boasts fragrant notes from fresh coconut milk and freshly squeezed pandan juice, or the Pandan Kaya Swiss Roll, a jade-green sponge made with pure pandan juice extract, slathered generously with homemade kaya crafted from fresh coconut milk and farm-fresh eggs.
