Ah Ma Homemade Cake’s claim to fame is their castella cake that requires a delicate hand to create its tall and fluffy structure. While the Original Castella Cake is a crowd-favourite, their Pandan Castella Cake is a close second. Light, ultra-fluffy, and made with freshly squeezed pandan leaves, this is one to try for all pandan fans. The bakery also has a Kaya Pandan variation!
