One of the oldest traditional breakfast spots in Singapore, you'll feel a wave of nostalgia wash over you when you step into Heap Seng Leong. They stay true not just to what traditional coffee tastes like, but everything from the signboard, to the cabinets, and even the tiles on the floor spell old-school.
