The main outlet at Alexandra projects a 2-hall concept, one hall with the Robatayaki (Charcoal Grill) concept that serve fresh seasonal seafood, specially flown in from Tokyo Seafood Market. The other hall serves a-la-carte menu and its all time favourite a-la-carte buffet with a selection of over 150 dishes.
