Hong Seng Curry Rice was founded in 1995 at Redhill Hawker Centre by the matriarch of the Lim family as a means to feed a household of 7. The humble stall been serving curry rice over 3 generations. Besides the 4 key side dishes of pork chop, curry chicken, chap chye and braised pork, there are several other sides to choose from which include seafood. Your rice is finally topped off with a thick fragrant curry gravy made using a closely guarded family recipe.
