Nan Hwa Cang is clearly one of Singaporeans' favourite steamboat places. Located at the corner of North Bridge Road and Jalan Sultan, this is one of the places that sell traditional Teochew fish head steamboat. The restaurant has been around since 1927 and it is said to serve one of the tastiest broths around.
