Hai Chang Fishhead Steamboat
Hai Chang is where people from the East would get their fish head steamboat cravings satisfied. Their charcoal fish head steamboat was full of fish slices that were really fresh and firm. As for the soup base, it is slightly herbal flavour but, also has a sweet seafood taste from the many hours of boiling fish bones in it. Really comforting meal indeed!
