Burnt Ends Bakery
Burnt Ends Bakery, the sister concept of Michelin-starred restaurant Burnt Ends, has been having great success lately, thanks to their Milo Dinosaur Doughnut – brioche doughnuts filled with a silken Milo cream and topped with Milo biscuits. They were originally made for the Singapore Food Festival in 2020, but the traction it gained gave them a permanent place on the Burnt Ends Bakery menu.
