Owned by an ex-Marriott chef, Canton Delicacies in Geylang Bahru Market and Food Centre offers a large selection of soups and Cantonese-style dishes. The Signature Claypot Curry Fish Head is made with Cantonese techniques of steaming the fish before it’s simmered with the curry. The gravy itself is well-balanced with the spice and tanginess of the assam!
