Xin Yuan Ji
Established in 1993, Xin Yuan Ji is an old name in the Bugis local community. It is a common spot for locals to have their lunch and dinner. Other than serving delicious fish head curry, they are also popular for their unique charcoal fish head steamboat, fish head noodles, and other Chinese style dishes. Each dish prepared is made with good quality ingredients and original recipes. However, if you are intending to visit Xin Yuan Ji, we would recommend you to make a booking at least a day before your intended visit. It is said that walk-in customers usually have to wait for at least 30 minutes. This waiting time simply proves how popular they are! Also, do note that they only take NETS for orders above $30 and the average spending per person is approximately 10 SGD.
