Tigerlily Patisserie

If you take your pastries and croissants seriously, Tigerlily Patisserie is not to be missed. Helmed by pastry chef Maxine Ngooi who has an impressive resume at Michelin-starred joints like Les Amis, Joël Robuchon Restaurant and the now-defunct Vianney Massot Restaurant, expect curated pastries baked with equal parts refined techniques and radiant flavours. The Italian-inspired Caprese Croissant features sun-dried tomatoes, rocket and fresh bufala mozzarella with basil pesto and balsamic dressing, while the Otah Sampan is a black croissant boat with homemade coconut frangipane and spicy mackerel otah from its neighbour, Joo Chiat Caphe. You’ll also find classic creations like Almond Croissant and Chocolate Hazelnut Croissant!
