The Headless Baker

Homegrown bakery The Headless Baker has two outlets in Singapore. The OG stall at Ghim Moh focuses on affordable tea cakes, scones, and cookies, while the stall at Star Vista places the spotlight on French pastries like Almond Croissant, Chocolate Croissant and Kouign Amann. Other than fresh viennoiseries, another beloved item on their menu is the Canelé, a small French pastry flavoured with rum and vanilla.
