The Muslim-owned bakery uses a sourdough culture that’s from the Big Apple! Everything is baked fresh daily with artisanal techniques, using flour sourced from environmentally conscious grain millers. Expect a variety of fresh bakes such as Croissants, Brioche, Baguettes, and Quiches, as well as cakes in many different flavours!
