Helmed by pastry chef Wythe Ng who used to work at Keong Saik Bakery and Bakery Brera, Tte croissants at La Levain are double baked to give it a very crispy texture as well as a flavourful. buttery aroma. Expect creative flavours such as Hojicha Mochi Croissant, Burnt Cheese Croissant as well as its signature Bo Bo Cha Cha Croissant, which is made with a layer of purple sweet potato, yam and coconut mochi!
