While the bakery doesn’t really house a stone-hearth oven, you will be able to find warm and fluffy European breads at Bread & Hearth, which sticks to age-old, time-consuming methods of baking. The Le Croissant is evidently their signature, made with unbleached flour from France to produce the croissant dough. Emphasis is placed on the lamination and folding technique, in order to achieve the best honeycomb pockets within the croissant!
