Bedok Chwee Kueh
The chwee kueh here is silky-smooth with a firm jelly-like and almost melt-in-mouth texture, while the chye poh is chopped finely with a sweetness that's the perfect foil for the chilli sauce. It's less chewy and has a light crunch, and the toasted sesame seeds add a nice aroma and flavour to the entire dish.
