Qiu Rong Ban Mian

Qiu Rong Ban Mian was previously located at Roxy Square before moving to their current location at Old Airport Road Food Centre. Helmed by a couple who has been running the business for over 20 years, their ban mian offerings have gained them a loyal following and many regulars make it a point to travel for their noodles even after the shift. The noodles are handmade everyday, and topped with a generous helping of minced pork, fresh slices of fish, and a wobbly egg, the Sliced Fish Ban Mian brims with comfort with every bite.
