Serving all-day breakfast, Tiong Bahru Bakery Diner is known not only for its delicious french pastries, but also for its inventive breakfast items. Its star dish, the Sourdough Waffle, is homemade with 150-year-old sourdough starter, which you can enjoy savoury or sweet with Thai mango, lemongrass chantilly and caramelised almonds. There's also the light and fluffy browned butter pancakes topped with Thai mango, lemongrass chantilly and caramelised almonds or with bacon, ricotta cheese and a sunny side up. You can also go for the TBB Big Breakfast, which features juicy Irish pork sausages, homemade crumpet toast, roasted potatoes, tomatoes and fresh herbs, topped with an organic egg of your choice.
