Kheng Fatt Hainanese Beef Noodles

Kheng Fatt is one of the most iconic stalls in Golden Mile Food Centre. Here, they serve Hainanese beef noodles in both soup or dry. Go for the soup version if you prefer something hot and comforting, but for the ultimate meal, give the dry noodles a go. Each strand of noodles is coated with a thick gravy, complete with some nuttiness from the peanuts that top off the bowl. Along with a squeeze of lime and homemade chilli, the dish is wonderfully satisfying, robust and complex!
