Zhou Ji Wanton Noodle

Another wanton mee stall in Ang Mo Kio Central Market & Food Centre, while the dish looks unassuming, the noodles and wantons will give you a different perspective. The noodles are springly and tossed in a sauce mix that’s deep with the flavour of shallot oil and dried prawns. While the char siew is nothing to shout about, the wantons are well-seasoned and wrapped with a mix of minced pork and water chestnut. It is definitely a simple dish that’s enjoyable for both the tastebuds and tummy!
