Lim Hai Sheng Cooked Food has been around for many years and they’re popular for its homemade carrot cake. An adequate amount of chye poh and eggs are fried with the carrot cake, making it crispy on the outside while soft on the inside. They also spray fish sauce over the carrot cake when frying to make it even more flavourful, and the dish is simply delicious with their special homemade chilli.
